Who got promotion/appointment from lower time scale of pay to higher time scale of pay during the period from 01.07.2014 to 31.01.2016 and whose pay was fixed under option(a) Rule 28A Part I Kerala Service Rules as option(b) was not beneficial, will be permitted, in relaxation of Rule 28A Part I Kerala Service Rules, to exercise option(b) under Rule 28A Part I Kerala Service Rules. The re option shall be exercised within three months from 09/02/2017.
